Gender Health Center – Groups & Workshops

0

At GHC we believe that education is the key to understanding and acceptance. Groups, educational workshops, and training courses provide everyone with opportunities to develop skills that help them understand transgender communities as well as information that help other transgender individuals get the care and jobs they need. These group meetings provide opportunities for individuals with some transgender experience to sharpen their skills and expand their expertise. Many educational workshops are supported by donations from our supporters and people like you.

We have 3 totally free of charge social/support groups, one each for FTMs, MTFs, and their partners. All three groups meet on the first Tuesday of each month from 6pm to 8pm at different places (see below). After the meeting all 3 groups meet at the Coffee Garden (2904 Franklin Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95818) for a social gathering.
